Shipping Policies

In general, you will get all your deliveries within 5-7 working days anywhere in the world. But beyond that we offer a range of shipping choices to give you choices in decision-making:
What are the options available?
EXW : You are responsible for loading the goods onto a vehicle (even though ChipsGalaxy may be better placed to do this); for all export procedures; for onward transport and for all costs arising after collection of the goods.
DAP : ChipsGalaxy is responsible for arranging carriage and for delivering the goods, ready for unloading from the arriving means of transport, at the named place.
DDP : ChipsGalaxy is responsible for arranging carriage and delivering the goods at the named place, cleared for import and all applicable taxes and duties paid (e.g. VAT, GST)
